And So My Journey Is At An End
Well, I just returned from Celebration IV. Needless to say, I am exhausted, but also feeling high on adrenaline.

There were many things that I wanted to see and do, but unfortunately, did not have a chance to do everything, because of time, and to be honest, some of my party held me back quite a bit from seeing everything that I wanted to see. It's not their fault, though, but if there is one thing that I have learned from this Star Wars Celebration experience, is that it is best to go alone.

That being said, I had an excellent time, and I do mean excellent. From what I gathered from other previous celebration attendees, this event wasn't exactly the same as the others, but considering that this was my first, I did not have anything else to compare it to, so I did not really know what to expect. My feet hurt a lot from standing around, and carrying bags of stuff, but other than that, I had a blast.

The biggest thing that really disappointed me, was the lack of 501st running security. I had heard from other fans who attended CIII, that the 501st basically ran security, but this time, they were barely present except to just be in costume, and to appear at certain events. They may have run a little security, but not much. And I cannot say that the "real" security staff, who seemed to know little to nothing about Star Wars, were the friendliest people in the world.

On Fan Club Day, security worker gave me an unnecessary attitude problem when I accidentally walked through the wrong door of the Convention Center by confusing the entrance for the exit, due to some unclear signs. Oh, well. Maybe the stress was just getting to him, or something. Either way, his demeanor was unprofessional, and had I not been in a rush, I would have asked him what ferret woke up in his trousers.

I did make it to the Blog Meet & Greet, but I was not able to stay long. Also, I was held up and arrived late, so as a result, I did not have the chance to really meet anyone. I was there, though.

But anyway, Celebration IV was excellent, and I had a great time, and would certainly do it again.

But it is also very tiring, and I need some rest.

As Always,
