My thoughts on the Unleashed figure line
Last week while shopping at Wal-Mart I tell my wife I want to check out the toy isle. She knows that I want to see if there are any cool Star Wars toys, I am a little picky. I really have to like a character to buy the 3 3/4 inch figure. I was really into the Titanium Figure line and have quiet a few of them before they were discontinued prematurely. They were really meant for collectors because you could not play with them, and they came in a clear case that was screwed down. Back to Wal-Mart, so I see a couple of tube shaped packages, I know one of them is Anakin Skywalker from Ep. 3, yeah I already have it. But then I find a jewel, the Shadow Stormtrooper. I have never seen it at my local Wal-Mart, they have not been the best supplier with these tube packaged exlcusives. Anyway, I grab it instantly and put it in the cart. Another Unleashed figure caught!

I love these Unleashed figures, because again it is an item really meant for collectors. For one thing, they are definetly more expensive than regular size action figure. They are not poseable, so its like a statue but a lot less expensive, and the sculpts on them are awsome. They definetly capture the character in a cool moment, its like they jumped out of an incredible painting. I currenlty have 11 unleasehed figures, and I pre-ordered the Arc Gunner Star Wars Shop Exclusive. I have bought a few on E-Bay and was glad to see the re-issues at Target and Wal-Mart. Guests are always impressed or at least ask questions about them as soon as they enter my room. So please Hasbro keep making the Unleashed figures, even if they are only Star Wars Shop Exclusives.
