Could Padme ever accept Darth Vader?
I don't think she could.
It is clear she loved Anakin, but I don't think she would do absolutly anything for him i.e betray the Republic. For example, When Padme learnt what Anakin had done she could not take it.

As she said: I don't know you anymore. Anakin, you're breaking my heart. I'll never stop loving you, but you are going down a path I can't follow.

That is what is most important, Anakin has now become everything she has fought against for the past 13 years.
Also, how could Padme accept Anakin as a Sith when they have been trying to kill her for the past 13 years, I mean would she really believe that Sidious would help keep her alive? When in Episode 1 he sent Darth Maul to kill her and in Episode 2 Dooku attempted to execute her.
It's like these things had not happened from Anakin's point of view.
