Doctor Who SPOILERS WARNING!

Heya did anyone see the finale to Doctor Who Series 3?
Well, if you did you would have seen at least one similarity to Return of the Jedi.

At the end of the programme The Doctor burnt his nemesis (and former friend) The Master on a funeral pyre.
My theory would be that The Master is the Darth Vader of Doctor Who and his relationship with The Doctor is a Love/sort of hate relationship.

Any theories?
