We've been busy
Hoojibs at
Lightsabre during October, bringing you a bunch of new interviews to the site.
In case you haven't already read them, October kicked off with our October 7th
Jedi News interview. These great guys run the UK's biggest
Star Wars collecting fansite, and are good pals of ours.
James Burns is a mover and shaker in the collecting community here in the UK, working alonsdie
Hasbro and other major licencees and
Adam Lamping is a web design genius, so get over there and start browsing.
October 14th brought our
Jeremy Bulloch and
Daniel Logan interview. We caught up with the guys at last Novembers
Memorabilia show in a piece originally comissioned by the
Star Wars Insider, before top dude
Frank Parisi left the editorship. It's a fun piece, pitting young vs old
Boba and is well worth the read.
Today brings our
Warwick Davis interview. I've been chasing an interview with Warwick for about five years, and for various reasons we haven't been able to organsie it, but last Sunday at
CelebFest 2007 in Sheffield, UK we managed to sit down for a chat and throw some questions his way. Again it's a neat interview and it hits the site today.
Finally to wrap up October on the 28th we have our
Mary Beth Ellis interview. Readers of
MSNBC will be familiar with Mary Beths piece about her concerns of
Lucas having a hand in the
Star Wars TV series. Clearly a fan, we decided to drop her a line and have a chat about it, and the results of that will be on the site next Sunday at 8pm GMT.
So, that's October. Coming November we have the return of
Quest for Freedom - The Comic Book Adaptation and in our
Empire Strikes Back month interviews with some fella called
Billy Dee Williams (in the only interview he conducted at
Celebration Europe) and some guy called
Irwin Krishna?
Mervin Herschner? I'm not sure, but I'm told he directed one of the
Star Wars films...
