What if when the Jedi were fighting the droids that the clones could not come in time? All the jedi in the colliseum would sadly die. Over half of the Jedi Council would be dead. Would the Republic fall to the CIS? Would the CIS turn into a Empire because of Palpitine? Plus none would create a rebel alliance because StarKiller would be with his father. Vader would not be there to turn against the Empire.
