I finished
my marathon! Wow, that was fun.

Here is my final installement of rough notes, this time from my Episode VI viewing.
- When R2 is making that sad-sounding "woooOOOooohh... WooooOOOOOhhh!" as they're going to Jabba's palace, it almost seems like he's mocking 3PO's fear
- Holograms in color!
- Did Lando really need to lower his mask soo much and make it soo obvious that's it's him in there?
- ROTJ Special-Special-Special Edition: Better Carbonite melting?
- Jabba and Co. are pretty crowded in their hiding places, "sleeping"!
- "I warn you not to underestimate my power." Sounding a bit like your dad there, Luke.
- Luke does go somewhat Dark-sideish at points of ROTJ; he and Anakin really save each other from the Dark
- "I used to live here you know." Han knows that, Luke. You met him here. Duh.

- ROTJ Special-Special-Special Edition: Better (near) death for Boba
- Again Vader contemplates a partially-completed Death Star (albeit not at the right hand of the Emperor)
- ROTS / ROTJ Connection: Speeder bike drops back, close-up of guns firing, goes to shot of speeder blowing up
- ROTJ Special-Special-Special Edition: Remembering Padme
> > Either remove "your real mother" (nah)
> > Or remove "I have no memory of my mother;" leave it at "I never knew her" ("Her" hinting that Leia's and Luke's moms are the same)
- ROTJ Special-Special-Special Edition: Space battle upgrades?
- Prequels are "warm" colors; sequels are "cool." Vader, as a bad guy, is the "hot" Mustafar kind of bad guy. Palpatine is the "cold" Corucant / deep space kind of bad guy. Even DVD boxes reflect that: PT = gold, OT = silver.
- Wicket & Jar Jar each, in VI and I respectively, swing a little round weapon around and lose their balance.
- "You underestimate the power of the Dark Side." More underestimating.
- Vader wants Luke to give in to the Dark Side in order to save his friends. Vader himself gave in to save Padme. Only Luke, perhaps remembering what Yoda said about not going to Cloud City,
let go -- and in doing so probably saved his friends.
- Anakin had a black glove in ROTS; Luke had a black glove in ROTJ. One dark hand, one light hand; it's like the dark side / light side conflict within them.
- I've always thought Episode III is really just ROTJ gone terrible, terribly wrong. I think I'm right.

- ROTJ Special-Special-Special Edition: Better Emperor death-spirit-blowing-windy-thing effect
- The Emperor's death comes relatively early in the movie; there's quite a bit of battle left after it.
- Aw gosh, Anakin's being burned again, poor thing...
I just watched Beneath the Dome, and now I'm watching Clone Wars Volume 1. No, I'm not going to watch all ten hours of Ewoks and Droids content.
