Well, the new Battlefront II site just launched over at LucasArts.com. I haven't had time to fully check it out, but I did notice one thing: a new LucasArts logo at the bottom of the BFII site only. I never had any problem with the old one, but with this nifty new one out it's starting to look a bit... old...

This follows a redesign of the Lucas Online logo, easily visible at the bottom of most every Lucas site. Both of the new logos more closely resemble the good ol' Lucasfilm logo. Is this an attempt to shore up brand awareness as the company prepares to move beyond Star Wars? I'd say so.

Anyway, check it out. Very interesting... at least, I think so.
