Everything starts with a tiny, yet complex seed Every seed needs room to grow. With every growth, greatness lurks. My seed is creativity. The room to grow is within the long dreamed of fields of screenwriting and directing. After a long days of dreaming, I'm hoping that that by the fall my dreaming will have ceased and I shall have my tools needed to nurture my seed. I will want my own shack to work in, a place to call my own. And so I'm planning a place of my own to call an editing suite.
As the farmer raises his hoe, he realizes his tools are important. While I cannot afford the grandest products on the market, I can afford some of the products I will need. First off, a computer. I don't mean the one I am typing on this moment, because this computer's time is up. I am working on a Mac and only a Mac. Why? Just do a little research.
With the announcement of the new
iMac and
MacBook Pro, this can only mean that fast as ever, intel based Power Macs are soon to follow. This is what I hope to obtain. The next generation power mac. From that, I'll need the software -
Final Cut Studio. Then its just practice, practice, practice.
After my practice is over with, I'll be ready to move into production of a feature film that I have a script for - 2D animation for the most part. When its time to edit, I'll go out and buy a second display. When mixing comes, I'll buy a 6.1 surround sound. Then when all is said and done, here comes the the digital projector the watch the movies that I wrote and directed. Then its time to watch how fruitful the plant gets.
