 Hey guy's,
I just wanted to know if you were able to see the Clone Wars trailer that was supposedly put up today, by SW.com homepage. I was there 10mins before, switching back through Boomerang and CNN, (my cartoon network was'nt working) and then as the mins went by, it was finnaly 7:58 and nothing SW related was on... The next thing I know is my excitment fading and Larry King Live and Scooby Doo on. And it also says that it was on at all time zones. So please help me understand if what happened to me happened to you, or I'm a total loser lol.
(Oh, sorry for the lack of blog putting-up and commenting, my DARN school has me working like crazy and finals are just around the corner and you know what that means.... SUMMER! sweet sweet summer, and my biggest reunion with everything Star Wars, because I can do almost nothing during the school time with anything non hw related lol)

We had every channel covered with TiVo and various televisions - nothing on any of the Turner channels...

After seeing nothing 7:58 PST, I realized with horror that they probably meant it aired nationwide 7:58 EST. Meaning that it was on 6:58 Central, 5:58 Mountain, and 4:58 Pacific.
Thanks for making that so clear, starwars.com. And what a stroke of genius it was to air the trailer while half of America was stuck in rush hour traffic. Cap it off by not posting the trailer on starwars.com immediately afterwards.

Oh, they made it pretty clear--"At 7:58 p.m. in all U.S. time zones"--that says pretty clearly that regardless of your time zone, it'll be on at 7:58 p.m. where you live. Which it wasn't.

I had SQUAT in Central Time, though I happened to be flipping through at 6:59 (and 50 seconds) and caught the last ten seconds of the trailer. So, yeah, thanks a lot SW.com for tipping everyone off to the wrong time. Good job. Way to score.
And, yes, that's my bitter fanboy voice that I don't use very often.

I taped it off of TNT (I live on the East Coast). But it taped in black and white for some reason...tragic, but it was pretty awesome. Don't worry, I'm sure it'll be on starwars.com in time. It's only 3 months away anyway. "Train yourself to let go" of all desire to see it "until the time is right."

Tell me about it... I always miss these kinds of things b/c I'm sitting mindlessly in some class where I really don't want to be anyways.
And b/c I didn't see it, I think I'm getting even more excited for the premiere, seeing as I really have no idea what to expect... August can't come fast enough!!

Well, the trailer is now the first thing you see when you go to SW.com, and it's pretty freakin sweet. At least it came soon. Can't wait for it.

It slows up my computer up a bit. But not nearly as bad as the regular site. Although the HD version takes forever to load.

I saw it at the movies, this weekend. Honestly, I'm not looking forward to it. One, it's animation. And two, I would prefer if Lucas had focused upon the period between ROTJ and ANH.
