10) Plo Koon
11) Yaddle
12) Ki-Adi-Mundi

EPISODE II
1) Yoda
2) Mace Windu
3) Ki-Adi-Mundi
4) Plo Koon
5) Eeth Koth
6) Oppo Rancisis
7) Even Piell
8) Adi Gallia
9) Depa Billaba
10) Coleman Trebor
11) Saesee Tiin
12) Shaak Ti

EPISODE III
1) Yoda
2) Mace Windu
3) Obi-Wan Kenobi
4) Anakin Skywalker
5) Agen Kolar
6) Stass Allie
7) Plo Koon
8) Ki-Adi-Mundi
9) Saesee Tiin
10) Shaak Ti
11) Kit Fisto
12) Coleman Kcaj

But what happened to...
Yaddle - Jedi Quest #6: The Shadow Trap
Yarael Poof - Zam Wesell comic
Depa Billaba - Shatterpoint
Adi Gallia - Star Wars: Obsession
Oppo Rancisis - Star Wars Republic #74-77: The Siege of Saleucami

Fate unknown: Even Piell, Shaak Ti, Coleman Kcaj, Eeth Koth

Members prior to Ep I: Tor Difusal [LOTJ], Thame Cerulian [YDR], Jocasta Nu [SW.COM], Tyvokka [SWOSHW], Micah Giiett [JCAW], Sifo-Dyas

Since new actors were used for Adi Gallia and Eeth Koth in Episode II and III, they became new characters - Stass Allie and Agen Kolar. However, since Ep I footage was used for the Ep II Council scene, they are still considered to be in Ep II. No details have been given about Stass and Agen joining the Council.

Sweitt Concorkill was originally supposed to be an Ongree Senator, which is why the Coleman Kcaj image was used for the ROTS Visual Dictionary. The clothes were changed from Senate robes to Jedi robes and the character's name was changed to Coleman Kcaj because the CG modelers completely redid the Pablo-Jill model.

Obi-Wan Council joins the Council approximately six months before Episode III, just before Anakin becomes a Knight.

Ki-Adi-Mundi was in the process of becoming a Master when the Battle of Naboo occurred.

So Shaak Ti isn't killed by Anakin? I thought it was in the LEGO game (which may not mean anything). ?:|

Who is Thame Cerulian?

What sources have Jocasta Nu and Sifo-Dyas on the council?

I'm not sure about Jocasta Nu, but Lama Su asked Obi-Wan if Sifo-Dyas was still on the Jedi Council in AOTC, which presumeably means that he was at one time on the Council before TPM's council.

Fantastic entry!

I don't think it'd be a bad idea to spin off a discussion thread in BC&T (like you did with the Jedi Casualties) since I expect this to balloon far beyond the 50-comment limit....

OK, please clarify this for me because it's late and I'm an idiot....

Coleman Kcaj = Ongree = the Jedi Councilor who looks like Pablo-Jill = no relation to Coleman Trebor

Sweitt Concorkill = Ongree = Senator = looks like Pablo-Jill

Right?

In my current notes, Sweitt Concorkill is supposed to be the Vurk seen in Palpatine's box at the Opera House. Aside from comments I've made on the boards, I'm not aware of any published source that identifies the Vurk as Senator Concorkill. But given that a character in Jedi robes is identified as a Senator in the Visual Dictionary, I'm inclined to call it an error.

Shaak Ti was killed by Anakin in ROTS. It was a cut scene from the movie for continuity but was explained in the novel. She was the senior Jedi on duty when he raided the temple. He put his light saber through her back.

you know I noticed Tiin on the council twice in Ep.III. I don't know if this is the place to put this but I am going to. When you first come into the council scene you see part of Kit and Part of Tiin. Then when you see Anakin you see Tiin by Master Kcaj. I found that to be odd. And also the Hasbro action figure of Luminara Unduli states that she is a member of the Council. This I find confusing becasue she is on Kyshyyk with Yoda and wouldn't she need to be present when the council had the meeting?

Shaak Ti was killed by Anakin in ROTS.
The actual death scene appears in the published screenplay and Lego video game, but it was intentionally cut from the novel.

When you first come into the council scene you see part of Kit and Part of Tiin.
I am not sure exactly what shot you are referring to. NarbFlick's listing is correct placing Tiin between Kcaj and Kit Fisto.

the Hasbro action figure of Luminara Unduli states that she is a member of the Council.
Luminara is not part of the Jedi High Council in the films since you never see her in any of the Council scenes. She is considered a highly respected advisor to the Council, however.

Well, Shaak Ti was going to be killed by Anakin, but she was also considered to be killed by General Grievous in the Trade Federation ship Anakin and Obi-Wan infiltrate to rescue the chancellor. They actually shot a scene in principal photography where she was being interrogated by Grievous and was then stabbed in the back with a lightsaber by him. They cut the scene because the length of the space battle/trade federation ship sequence was running to long.

(continued).....................Then during pick-up shooting in Shepperton, they once again had a scene where Shaak Ti is meditating in her quaters, while Anakin is attacking the Jedi Temple. He come's into the room and basically just kills her like Grievous did. This scene was cut from the film because of the common sense of Shaak Ti not knowing that there were dozens of Jedi being killed right outside her door. And unfortunatly, even the little shot of Shaak Ti sitting in the council hologram on Kashyyk, was not Orli Shoshan, who played Shaak Ti.

Adi Galia actually wasn't in Episode III, however she was in Episodes I & II. The one you mistake for Galia in Episode III is her cousin Stass Allie. Then again please note, that these are just opinions and have not been proven. I gathered this info from the Databank entries of Adi Galia and Stass Allie.

Tasty, I just wanted to tell you how incredibly useful this blog entry has become for me over the last year. I have a feature on my fan site where people can ask Star Wars questions, and I don't know how many times I've used this as a source of Jedi Council information. And it's great to link to as well - what better link than to the blog of someone whose job it is to know these things. :D

Thank you so much!

I find these blogs useful, too. It complements what I have in the Holocron, and gives you all a chance to provide me with feedback.
