In going through some of the credits for the Young Indiana Jones Chronicles, I noticed some familiar names. Here's a list of credited Star Wars actors who have appeared in the Indiana Jones movies and/or television series:

Christopher Lee (Count Dooku): Count Ottokar Graf Czernin
Harrison Ford (Han Solo): Dr. Henry 'Indiana' Jones, Jr.
Ian McDiarmid (Emperor Palpatine): Professor Levi
Jerry Harte (Romas "Lock" Navander"): Professor Stanton
Julian Glover (General Veers): Walter Donovan
Michael Sheard (Admiral Ozzel): Adolph Hitler
Pernilla August (Shmi Skywalker): Emiliel, Mamma

- Michael Sheard also was the U-boot Captain in 'Raiders'.
- George Lucas has a cameo in 'Temple of Doom' as a missionary

PS: - The son of Julian Glover also has a part in an episode

Cool. Are you doing Indy work too now, or was this just recreational? :)

Every once in a while I'm asked about Indy stuff, whether it be for the video games or indianajones.com.

Ah, I see. Do you have an Indy "Holocron"?

The Indiana Jones continuity database is still in a very rudimentary state.

That's cool though. I don't imagine it's quite as essential as the Star Wars one, since the Indy "EU" is smaller and doesn't grow as fast.

Oh, have you opened a can of worms, Tasty. ;)

What are the "rules" of Indy canon? Is it the same "everything goes" approach that Star Wars has, or is it limited to the films and Young Indy chronicles? Did Indy "really" face the Sky Pirates? Find the eggs of the last Triceratops? Be the only person to check out Sir Adrian Braidthwaite's Magic and Mysticism: the Dark Continent from the University of Chicago's Library of Anthropology before young Alan Mauberg was spurred by its text to find and rescue Braidthwaite? Or can we only trust his appearances on celluloid? If the Indy EU is fully inclusive, does it follow the same G-C-S-N method of filing that SW has?
