Twas 9 days until Christmas and all thru the house,
everyone was stirring, even a mouse.
When what to my wondering eyes should appear,
but Holiday specials and lots of 'em!
On A Wonderful Life, on Charlie Brown, on Rudolf and more!
On Grinch, on Frosty, on The Star Wars Holiday Special?!

Ahhh, Christmas time, what I consider the best time of the year. The carols, the lights, the tree, the Christmas dinner, the presents, the eating turkey and ham until you can't walk! It is a wonderful time! And who can forget the TV specials! Most notibly, the Spongebob Squarepants Christmas Special! Woohoo! I know that y'all may think that Spongebob is for kids but watch an episode, it's great! It's the best cartoon ever!

And what of the Christmas cards? The buying, the writing, the mailing! And buying the presents that you promised yourself you would buy in August!

But what about the being together with your family. The putting aside all disagreements and differences and enjoying the company of one another. Being with family and friends.

And the Christmas songs that come around only once a year! Siver Bells, Here Comes Santa Claus, Jingle Bells, the Christmas carols, the Mannheim Steamroller Christmas songs!!! It's great. Oh, have y'all heard the Christmas Shoes song. It touched my heart.

But we can't forget the real reason of Christmas. For, in the town of Bethlehem, a Savior has been born to us, He is Christ the Lord.
