I am going to be a writer. I will write a 50,000 word novel. And I will do it in one month.

Sounds crazy, right?

Guess what; it is. But I'm going to do it. I've joined the ranks of the thousands of crazy people that observe National Novel Writing Month, or NaNoWriMo. Starting on November 1st, all of us will be furiously typing out novels. And no previously written material is allowed. Not everyone will finish, but I'm going to try to get to the 50,000 word mark by the deadline: midnight on November 30th.
