The buzz about the statement from Obi wan "only sith deal in absoloutes" has had many people railing about its apparent self contradiction. true there are many gaping holes in the star wars saga that do not appear to make sense but heres the deal...
I love star wars as much as the next guy but the star wars world is not real. the world exists in the mind of Geroge Lucas who is the brilliant creator of the star wars universe. It can be hard for lucas to keep everything strait in his head and therefore i think we should give him a break and stop slapping him in the face for not arranging every detail right.
