Milton Johns was born in Bristol, UK and played an Imperial Officer in The Empire Strikes Back.

Imperial Officer Bewil is the tactical, strong officer that informed Darth Vader that Luke Skywalker had arrived at Cloud City.

There is an English accented officer saying "Lord Vader, ship approaching. X-wing class" and it seems like it is officer Bewil, but he has an American accent when he utter "Skywalker has just landed, my Lord.". It could be a voice-over misses though all the Americans in the film play the good guys, and all the characters who speak with a British accent are the bad guys.
