Owen Lars has expect his stepbrother.

Joel Edgerton at his 35th birthday (born 1974)

Joel Edgerton was born in South Wales, Australia. He played the young Owen Lars in Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith. His international break came from playing Uncle Owen and after that he has starred in King Arthur among other movies.
Joel's brother Nash Edgeron is the stunt double for Ewan McGregor in Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith.

Owen Lars is the stepbrother to Anakin Skywalker. Owen's father liberated and married Anakin's mother when the two stepbrothers was adults so they never grow up together.

In early scripts for the Return of the Jedi it states that Ben Kenobi says "I took you to live with my brother Owen on Tatooine". That version of the script was behind the novelization of the Return of the Jedi. And the fact that Ben Kenobi has a brother named Owen is later alluded to the Jedi Apprentice book series. After the reveal of the true relationship between Obi-Wan Ben Kenobi and Owen Lars the brother Owen Kenobi is a mostly unexplored character. The similarity in their name is the exuse for the misidentification in some galactic records.
