The lava planet Mustafar was called Musfasta in the early concept arts of Revenge of the Sith.

For long had we waited to see how Darth Vader got his injuries. Almost from the beginning we know that it was somehow connected with lava but we didn't know how. And at last in the Revenge of the Sith we got to see an awesome duel between Darth Vader and Obi-Wan Kenobi.

Mustafar is a mining planet where the native Mustafarian harvest minerals from the streaming lava. There are two subspecies of the Mustafarians, one tall and slim and the other short and burly. The first designs for Mustafarians were the tall slim humanoids that instead became the Utapauns.
