Did you know...
Endor is a giant gas planet with at least one moon. On that moon the forest extends high and the native small furry ewoks have their home among the trees.

But the Ewoks haven't always been living in the treetops in the ancient forest of Endor. In the rough draft of Return of the Jedi they were troglodytes living in an underground cavern.

The Endor sequences were filmed in Smith River, in Northern California.
