Poggle the Lesser spoke backwards English before Ben Burtt delivered a suitably bizarre mix of guttural speech and clicking insect sounds

Poggle the Lesser is the Geonosian leader. He oversaw the production of battle droids for the Techno Union and he was also in possession of the top-secret plans for the ultimate weapon, an armored space station with enough power to destroy an entire planet.

Geonosian is the insectoid spieces divided into two main types: the wingless drones and the winged aristocrats. They are barbaric but cowards, they would gladely watch an execution battle but fled when all the jedi showed up.
