Tommy Ilsley was an extra playing Ponda Baba in A New Hope.
There is also a deceased actor called Tommy Isley and according to Nerf Herders Anonymous this is the one who played Ponda Baba. Since there is very little information about any of these individuals it maybe some type of mixup, misspelling or the same person.

Ponda Baba is the ill-fated thug that tries to pick a fight with the meek Luke Skywalker in the Mos Eisley Cantina.

In the script he is simply called "Creature", and Lucas describes him as a "large, multiple-eyed creature". On stage the creature was nicknamed "the Walrus Man". For a time his proper name was slated to be "Russwall" but that name never saw print. Among the action figure collector he was called "Bum Face". 1981 in the radio dramatization of A New Hope the Walrus Man was given the name of "Sawkee" but his final name of Ponda Baba come 1989 in Galaxy Guide 1.
