Journey into the mind of a (wannabe) Jedi Master

"Come in, Generic Five"
Aaaahh, you have returned. You see, I have been on a quest on Yavin 4, seeking a new form of crystal, which gives the user powers ten times that of the famed Kaiburr Crystal. I write today to reveal the truth about Battlefront II, and because I was bored. I have noticed that in Battlefront II, the space battles in particular, use a "cookie cutter" format. Each side is nearly identical, spare the shape and color of the ships. Each side has a transport (Imperial Landing ship, LAAT Gunship), an all-purpose fighter (TIE fighter, X-wing), a bomber (TIE bomber, Y-wing), and an interceptor or super fast craft (a-wing, Jedi Starfighter). This is not a major problem, but it would be nice to see some variety, for Force's Sake! It would be a good idea too (listen up Lucasarts, this would be good for BF3), to include not only the basic fighters, but, like the ground battles, you should be able to play as heroes in space! Here's how it would work. Once you get a certain point amount (or reach some other goal) you should get a chance to fly the Millenium Falcon, or Slave I, or Anakin's Jedi Starfighter (Yes, I know, you can already fly Anakins fighter, but I mean with special abilities), or Slave I (Jango). Like the heroes on the ground, these ships would have special abilites. Well, that's just an idea. Tell me what you think. As always, I am open to your opinion. MTFBWYA,
