Well, Christmas is over and I decided to evaluate and inventory my collection. While doing this, I made a stunning reveleation: I had next to nothing Death-Star related. In fact, all I had was a Death Star Pez dispenser. So, I decided to get a model of the Death Star to complete my collection. Easier said than done. After searching Google, Amazon, and Ebay to no avail, I gave up hope. But, not for long! Because, I remembered that I had a group of people as crazy about Star Wars as me, spread all about the globe! Surely one of them could find one.... And, I have the perfect method of communication with this blog! So if you know somewhere where I can get a great Death Star model, PLEASE tell me. Comment here, email me (nick615@jedi-council.com). But first, read my qualifications for a "good" model:

1) Should be between 6"-12" in diameter (grapefruit size to roughly basketball size)
2) MUST be pre-painted
3) Should be the FIRST Death Star
4) I don't mind some assembly, but preferably no gluing.
5) Stand optional, but preferred.

So, if you know where I can get a model that roughly fits the set above (NO slack on the painting part- I have about a snowflake's chance in a supernova of painting that successfully) PLEASE tell me where I can get it.
