Why the blog name Return of the Jawa? And why the Scout Trooper icon?

Well, those aren't dumb questions, but this is a dumb blog entry. And since I'm writing both the questions and the entry, I can call it as stupid as I want.

But just in case anyone was curious, it's quite simple.

-I like Jawas. When I was little, Ewoks and Jawas were the coolest. Jawas are funny little scavenger guys that talk all funny. What's not to like?

-My screen name on this website, and on virtually every website or similar thing I sign up for, is JawaJoey. Because my name is actually Joey and I like Jawas. If it sounds stupid, I came up with it like 8 years ago. But I still like it.

-One of the reasons I starting writing a Star Wars blog was to reconnect myself with Star Wars. (My first blog talked about this) Several months ago, I realized that I hadn't been that into Star Wars for a while. I liked it, and knew far more than all of my companions, and was THE resource of Star Wars information in my circle, which is why I became complacent. It's hard to engross yourself further when you're already a relative expert in your environment. So i started writing blogs to rekindle my deeper love for Star Wars and everything about it. And it's worked. So Return of the Jawa was representative of me attempting to reviatlize my passion.

-Also, it's just kind of funny and ironic to use one of the movie titles but replace Jedi with Jawa.

-As for the Scout Trooper, I just think they're cool. The helmets are fricken awesome.
