So. This is my 99th blog. Wow. It took me 2 years and 5 months since my first blog to get this far, including more than one lengthy hiatus. But here I am at 99 blogs, and wouldn't you know it, today I get Featured Blog of the Day. Woo!

I feel kind of guilty here, like I'm writing an acceptance speech for an award I'm giving myself for an arbitrary achievement, but who cares, I'm happy!

So what have I done? Some short blogs, some deep blogs, some blogs that are reviews of books, and a whole bunch of blogs I'm sure I don't even remember writing. (This one, for example, which I didn't even remember doing until I started writing this one and got deja vu).

My life has changed since I started blogging. I started as a high school student who felt he wasn't getting enough Star Wars in his diet. Now, I'm a college student who's still craving more Star Wars. You know, my life may be changing, but I guess Star Wars has remained a constant draw in my life. That's comforting.


But what's been the greatest about blogging is that it's not just me doing it. Reading comments from you guys, reading your blogs, and commenting on them, in a community of such great people... it can't be described as anything other than awesome. Meeting so many of you at CIV was fantastic, a highlight of a trip that was amazing from beginning to end.


I'd really love to browse all my blogs and see what I've written, how my blogs have changed, and what I've forgotten I wrote, but frankly, I don't have the time, not today, at least. I'm always busier this week than I was last week, it seems.

In conclusion:
Star Wars blogs rule! WOO!
