If you have played Battlefront II then you have probably already beat the 501st Legion game mode. Prior to Battlefront coming out when I heard about playing through the saga as the 501st I didn't think much of it. I thought it would be pretty cool to play something different than the options we were given to play in the first game, but then when I brought home my copy of battlefront II at 9:00 PM Halloween night and I inserted the disk into my Xbox the first thing I did was check out the 501st. I didn't have much time to play considering I had school in the morning, so I played for about an hour, went to bed, woke up in the morning, went to school, came home, and of course sat down and glued my hands to my controller. (not literally) It took me less than 24 hours to beat it, but the game left me with so many questions regarding the battles.

So after thinking about it I think there should be a EU book written regarding the fall of the republic and the Rise of the Empire. Most likely there already is one I don't know of, but it probably doesnt contain battles from Battlefront II. Such as Empire Vs. CIS on the planet of Mustafar or Empire Vs. Clones on Kamino. I really wish there was just some way to gain more knowledge of such battles.
