Alright, I'm back...for now while I write another one of my many blogs featuring Anakin Skywalker!

This is one thing I have realized after watching the entire saga this past week, everyone cared so much about Anakin, but didn't show it the way they should have. Shortly before Anakin's brutal turn to the Dark Side, he came to think that the Order didn't nee him, and that they were better off without him. Alright, maybe he didn't really think this, but it appeared this way to me in ROTS.

Yoda- Why wish you become Jedi?
Luke- Well, mostly because of my father, I guess.
Yoda- Ahh, father. Powerful Jedi was he. Powerful Jedi.

Yoda and all of the council members knew Anakin was a powerful Jedi, but they failed to show him in the way they should have. Maybe all Anakin really needed was attention and for them to show him that they could use him.

Maybe Yoda didn't see how great Anakin was until years later when it was too late for anything to change, but how could the council not see how great he could become? Anakin became a knight very quickly from what I could understand. He started his training later, and finished early.

The council didn't trust him, obviously as it was stated several times in ROTS, but they couldn't deny the fact that he had become a great Jedi would become even better. Without Anakin there were so many battles in the clone wars that maybe wouldn't have ever become a possible win for the republic.

Maybe if Anakin could have understood how much good he had already done for the Order and helped the Jedi, maybe he would have remembered these things as he walked in on Mace and Palpatine then he would have allowed Mace to do what was needed. He would have been a true hero then.

Maybe this was a completely pointless blog, I'm not sure...but it is one I have been thinking about quite a bit lately.
