There are two reasons I haven't wrote in a while:
-I was 850 miles AFK.
-I was thinking of something good to write about.
To find that something, I thought about the problems in the world, like poverty, hunger, and Republicans.

(Just Kidding)
Anyhoo, after looking around for a while, I thought of it: stereotyping. Stereotyping was something I never believed in. For instance, the dumb blonde stereotype. Now occasionally, you will come upon dumb women, but they won't always be blonde. The only "dumb blonde" I ever came upon was petitioning to make shiny a color.
No matter how many people who share a trait you see doing one thing, there are people sharing that trait that are completely different.
Stereotyping comes in different forms. Take, for instance, racism: many people will see others doing things and suddenly decide that they're doing it because they're white, or black, or green, or yellow, or whatever. Things like wearing pants really low or buying shirts that have already been destroyed for you. However, there are people that can be placed in the "groups" society has decided to make that range from businessmen to astrophysicists to farmers to fishermen. Not everyone in a "group" does the same thing. That's why it's not right to judge a person based upon how other people act. Once we eliminate stereotyping, things like racism or sexism will follow, which will then lead to the preventions of fights, which will in turn prevent wars. Humanity will be a little bit nicer.
Just a thought.
