BFD approaching!

It's that time of year again, friends. The time of year when sentimentality runs wild, sugarplums invade in our dreams, and trees covered with ridiculous amounts of fancy moving & music-playing ornaments eat our electricity bill for breakfast.

And also, the time we celebrate Balanced Force Day.

*sigh* 'Tis the season.

What is BFD, you ask? While we in this galaxy celebrate winter holidays, the folks a long time ago in a GFFA were celebrating Anakin's return to the light (hence the balancing of the Force) & the destruction of the 2nd Death Star. Check out last year's celebration for a hint as to how we can join in the fun. I know it's a lot of links, but trust me-- it's worth it! (Or...maybe not. I dunno. If you have a few hours to kill, I'd definitely give it a try.)

So please, send me your BFD carols, BFD stories, BFD pictures, BFD jokes, BFD t-shirts, BFD the flame thrower, BFD the toilet paper, and (my personal favorite) BFD the doll.

Seriously though, send me any BFD material you can dig up from your archives. Or, if it's a big project, simply send me a message giving me a heads-up & I can link your blog. I'm a bit swamped with life, but I will certainly come through with some sort of BFD celebration again this year. I will not fail you.

There will be another Holiday Special. BFD style.

Thanks! The concept of BFD was all ami's. I just took the idea and turned it into an interactive celebration.

Yeah, they seemed to go over really well. It's a cool way for everyone to get involved.

However, I'll soon be going back to the old homestead, and I'm not sure about the Internet access.
