It's the most wonderful time of the year!

Before you start asking questions, look here and here and here and don't forget here. Oh yeah, also here and here.

Now that that's out of the way and everyone has a perfectly clear understanding of the awesomeness that is Balanced Force Day (hereby referred to as BFD) we can move on to spreading that holiday cheer! Tastes especially yummy on toast.

BFD can't be, well, a BFD if we don't have a little blogger participation. So put up those BFD trees, tell those jokes, write those carol parodies, prepare yourself for Mad Libs, sketch those *cough* Dork Sides, and put out Wookiee Cookies and blue milk for Wampa Claws (lest you want to have your feet frozen to your ceiling-- that's what happens to the "naughty" children). I have already heard stories of fellow SW geeks getting into the BFD spirit and it warms my heart. Keep it up, because heat is expensive.

The festivities shall begin Monday, the fifteenth of December, so you better get yourself ready! I have all sorts of plans for this year's holiday, but as always, this special holiday depends on the community banding together in one big, mushy, lovey-dovey celebration. We can all link our blogs together in perfect harmony and such. Plus, if other people (droids, beings, Yarna...BFD does not discriminate) join in, it makes me feel just slightly less crazy. And isn't that what the holidays are all about?
