I am a lifetime student of history. The notion that history is written only from one side of things is, while popular, not entirely true. One of the most rewarding aspects of being a historian is the discovery of new information that completely changes our outlook on past events.

My interests in Star Wars are broad, but I have a particular affinity for the Old Republic Era, set thousands of years before the events of the movie saga. This time period is filled with vivid stories where the characters are heroes in the classic style and the events are the stuff of legend. In my blog, I will explore different issues that arise within, and outside of, the Star Wars galaxy, always striving to seek new perspectives.

My taste in Star Wars is incredibly broad. I have been a huge fan of the movies since a very young age; in fact, I cannot even remember the first time I came to realize that Vader was Luke's father. The Ewoks television movies were a big hit for my twin
