As a SW enthusiast, there are certain things I'm embarrassed to reveal to my fellow fans, and other things I'm ashamed to divulge to non-fans. Since I had a bit of time on my hands, I composed lists of both categories.


Things I'm Ashamed to Admit to My Fellow SW Fans


10. I've been unfaithful to the Saga by being a huge fan of Batman as well.

9. I've never played any of the SW video games...yet.

8. I rarely read the Beacons I receive via email.

7. I rarely read the SW Insiders I receive via snail mail.

6. I only own 4 SW comic books.

5. I didn't purchase the Chronicles to the Prequels until last week.

4. I only own one SW Book from the Essential Collection: The Essential Chronology.

3. I've had Matthew Stover's novelization of ROTS on my bookshelf for a looooong time. I'm still waiting 'til I'm in the perfect mood to read it.

2. I didn't purchase the DVD set of the OT trilogy until 3 months ago. (And it's only the movies; not the set containing the 4th DVD of bonus features.)

And last but not least....

1. TPM is my favorite out of all six films.



Things I'm Ashamed To Admit To Non-SW Fans

10. I own 4 SW Visual Dictionaries, a SW Encyclopedia, a book which provides me with a timeline to events which never occurred, and a costly volume which sums up the Prequels.

9. I have SW theme music playing in my mind all day.

8. The only MBs I really post on are either the official SW boards, or spin-off SW boards.

7. I'm thinking about buying a life-size Yoda for my house.

6. I'm thinking about purchasing the new 1/72 scale Millennium Falcon model which consists of over 900 pieces (but I'm probably not smart enough to assemble it).

5. There's a good chance I'll shell out over $500 U.S. so that I may purchase a console which will allow me to play SW video games.

4. I dressed up as Vader for the midnight viewing of ROTS. (I'm a female.)

3. I own two lightsabers...and every so often I ignite them and play with them. (I'm 29 yrs. old.)

2. I'm capable of crushing on a Sith. (I'm strictly light-side in my SW dream world, and in RL.)

And last but not least...

1. The Sith in question is Darth Maul! (See footnote)***
