When I read the title for yesterday post on Star Wars Joke-A-Day I couldn't help remember Lucasfilm Games and LucasArts graphic adventures.

I can't always complete all the games I play. Sometimes it is because of its difficulty, but almost always it's a matter of time [more exactly lack of]. But I can proudly say I finished seven out of the twelve games that were created via SCUMM. And all of those videogames are among my favourites ever on any genre.

I wish and hope there will be a day in which we will be able to buy a Deluxe collector's edition* of those games playable on modern operative systems.

And I am among those who think that LucasArts should not be so SW-thematic-games centered, and that they could try new universes, franchises, whatever. But I confess what I always missed is [imagine pointing and clicking] Use+Lightsaber+on Darth Vader.
