Let's Get Quinnie

Hey folks!

I wanted to make all of you Dark Horse Comics and Jan Duursema fans aware of a new poll to choose her character Quinlan Vos as *THE* Star Wars Expanded Universe character you'd like to see Sideshow Collectibles create as a 12-inch figure. Click the following link and go vote right now!

Vote For Quin!

This poll will run from until Friday, November 4th, 2005. Be sure to check back on Friday, November 11th, 2005 when the winning figure will be announced.

Quin is like in fourth place as of now behind the other candidates which is preposterous. Mara has had plenty of time in the spotlight (bring on the "hate mail" anyway even though I like the character). Kir, though a cool character from a quality series, hasn't been as developed over a period of time or has maybe resonated with as many fans as Quin has and Asajj already has multiple action figures. Quin is not only probably the most interesting character but probably the most deserving as well, especially after being cut from a possible actual film appearance in RotS.

Let's spread the word people! Tell your friends online and at school and your co-workers to vote for Quin! There's still time to make a difference and rock the vote!

I want my MTV and a Quinlan Vos 12-inch action figure!

date Posted: Sep 07, 2005 7:43 PM I voted, I voted, I voted I'm somebody now!! (sorry, my homage to The Jerk). You forgot to add "Vote or Die" in your collection of old voting phrases. . . .I kinda like the Vote or Die line, it's menancing and kind of 'Sithish' so it fits well in the SW universe. Sithish - wow, I should work for Webster's! Did you get my email?

I like Sithish. I'll try out it in a sentence - "That Dark Jedi's ensemble is almost a little too Sithish."

Vote or Die? I definitely remember "Skate or Die!" That was a great video game (along with Journey The Game of course)

But a large-scale figure of perhaps the greatest Imperial Admirals to ever where the red-and-blue bars? You'll have to sway me still I'm afraid..
