Why did the Ugnaught don a striped shirt, paint his face white, and take on a vow of silence?

He was trying to be a Tibanna gas mime!

I dont know if you could use this but you could always use the one of the queen in complete black and her face is even whiter. I just spent a few minutes looking through the wookieepedia article(yes her clothes have her own article) and I couldnt find it. Its the one with the gigantic black think coming out of her head.

But anyway the video. I always knew I loved NASA
