Hello! And welcome to this edition of Personality Survey.

There were some really great questions asked! You guys have really made me dig into the recesses of my brain for the answers. I actually had to put into writing things that were always just assumed.

And now here are your questions for me. There are quite a few, so let's get right to it. If there were similar questions asked, I combined them.


What was your first SW experience? And when did you know you were a fan of no ordinary proportions? 1977--Episode IV, "Star Wars" as it was known then, had been in town for a week or so. My little sister had gone to see it first and came home just raving about it. She fixed all her dolls' hair in buns. She kept telling me all about this movie and how I just had to see it. And at that time, I really had no interest what-so-ever. Then my friends talked me in to seeing it (Thank you!) and that was all she wrote. From the moment I saw the Star Destroyer sail across the screen, I was hooked.

What was *it* that drew you in, so to speak, or connected you with the Saga? Is there just one certain thing that captivated you and has kept you enticed all this time, is it more like a certain character that you relate with? Do you feel a connection with a certain character from the Saga?? If so, which one? And why? With which Star Wars character do you most identify and why? "It" is the fact that you can literally lose yourself in the GFFA. There isn't just one thing that captivates me. It's the Saga as a whole. It's an alternative to the here and now. I've put myself into the story many times, imagining myself in certain situations. I've always been interested in space, astronomy, etc, spending many an evening sitting outside looking at the stars, imagining that they are the suns for the planets in the GFFA.

But I have always felt a certain connection with Luke. He was always dreaming of better things--my favorite Luke scene was the Binary Sunset. When he's standing at the edge of the crater looking out at the sunsets, he's dreaming of places he'd never seen. places he might never see. I suppose you could say that was the draw of the Saga. It was GL's vision to show us places we would never be able to see in real life.

When the first movie came out, I wanted to be Princess Leia. She was cute, #####y, and was surrounded by hunks! What girl wouldn't want to be her? Oh, for pete's sake; s-p-u-n-k-y. (Why is that a bad word?)

Your favorite character from each the OT & the PT & why? OT-Luke--see above.
PT-Obi-Wan, because he's the sensible one. He thinks before he acts. And he is just so easy on the eyes!

Which Jedi master do you most identify with? Qui-Gon He was responsible, but just enough of a rebel.

What is your favorite holiday? Balanced Force Day, of course! Christmas is my favorite holiday--Biggest pet peeve--people who abbreviate Christmas with an X!

What is your favorite way to relax? Listening to the Star Wars soundtracks with my headphones on and eyes shut.

What household chore do you hate the most? Scrubbing the bathtub!

Out of all the planets we see in SW...which is your favorite? If you could pick one place in the GFFA to live for the rest of your life, where would it be? Naboo

If you could be anywhere in the world, where would it be? Los Angeles, May 23-28!

If you could be any person in history, who would it be? George Lucas, because that man has one vivid imagination! I would love to get inside his head for a day.

If you could be any animal, which would you choose? A bird. I want to fly!

If you could be a plant, which one? A beautiful flower. Everyone smiles when they receive flowers. I love to make people smile.

The real question is . . . will you elaborate on your answers????? I hope I elaborated to your satisfaction!

How much wood would you chuck, assuming you were a woodchuck who could chuck wood? Still working on this one...........

What would you prefer to own, a protocol droid or an astromech droid, and why? An astromech droid. That way if something needed repair, I would have a repairman who would also be of some company to me.

Of all six movies wich is your favorite? and why? I could never pick a favorite. I can say my least favorite is TPM

OT or PT? OT!!!! I'm an Original-Original Fan!!

Who would it be? Ooh, toughie. Probably Luke.

What is your favourite movie outside of Star Wars? "Pillow Talk "(Doris Day, Rock Hudson) And actually I'm quite fond of "Down with Love", the cheesy remake with Ewan McGregor and Renee Zellweger and I LOVE "Life as a House" With Hayden Christensen

Lightsaber or blaster? If you could be a weapon from the SW universe, what would you be and why? If you could be/have any color lightsaber, which would you be/have? I would be Obi-Wan's blue lightsaber. Not as clumsy or random as a blaster.

The Sith Vs. The Jedi - Who are the real Bad Boys of the galaxy? The Jedi.

What is your favorite Star Wars book? It's a tie: Revenge of the Sith and The Courtship of Princess Leia

Who is your favorite EU character? Mara Jade

If you had to be any kind of SW alien species, which would you? A Blue Twi'lek (was your guess right?)

Who is your favorite non-main character or alien? Wedge Antilles

If you could change one thing in the Star Wars storyline, what would it be? I would let Padmé live

If you could rewrite one of the movies in the SW saga, which one would it be? The Phantom Menace I don't know if I would have Anakin and Padmé meet when he was so young. I would also not kill off Qui-Gon

What's one awesome movie you'd like to see that doesn't exist? Star Wars 2 ˝

Besides watching Star Wars or checking out Hyperspace, what other past-times do you do for enjoyment? I write historical fiction, read, needlepoint.

If you could choose just one SW character (non-EU) to be stranded on a deserted island with, who would it be and why? I think probably Anakin, so maybe I could knock some sense into him.

What would you do if you were at work one day and George Lucas strolled in? After your recovery from seeing The Great One, what is the first question that you would ask him if given the chance? I'd ask him what the heck he was doing in the Mammography Department--LOL No, I would ask him if he was totally satisfied in his Saga, or if he had the chance, what would be the one thing he would change?

If you could wear one costume for a day...which one would it be and why? Padmé's Lake Retreat dress (the one she wore when she and Anakin first kissed), because it is so feminine and flowy.

What would happen if we got stuck in an elevator (and we were the only ones there)? (you'd better have valium in your pocket!) I've been stuck in an elevator before. I'm highly claustrophobic, so you would have one big basket case on your hands!

What's your favorite place you've ever been? Las Vegas, baby!!

What's the best gift you ever received? My daughter, although I'm not too fond of who gave her to me......

Why was Mace Windu's lightsaber purple? Because that's the color Sam Jackson wanted?

If you could have dinner with 3 SW actors/actresses, living or dead, who would they be? At the same time? Or separately? Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher, and Ewan McGregor

Hayden or Harrison? Can I have both? Hayden as the actor, Han as the character.

What is your favorite movie that has Star Wars ties? "Spaceballs"

How many steps away from Kevin Bacon are you? Mmm, bacon!

Favorite rock band? Def Leppard

What is your favorite song of all-time? Hotel California by the Eagles

What keys/keychains do you have on your keyring? My original Star Wars Fan Club keychain, circa 1978, a Brighton heart, a lighthouse (my other passion) charm; house key, car keys, keys to the front door at work.

Do you have a lightsaber or glow worm and does it hum? Hmmmm Hear it?

Dark chocolate or milk chocolate? Milk chocolate

What's it like to have a job where you squish boobies all day? I'd bet most of the guys around here would love to know, too! (I'm purposely excluding the married ones for their own good) It's not as fun as you would imagine! Sorry to burst your bubble, guys!

Who's your favourite Bond girl? Honey Rider from Dr. No. And if you're interested......my favorite Bond? Sean Connery

When did you first realize you had an evil twin???? Love you, Twink!

Do you like sprinkles on your ice cream or just syrup? Just syrup. My mom used to make some awesome homemade chocolate syrup. If it was cooked just so, when it was poured over the ice cream while it was still hot, it would crystallize when it hit the cold. Mmmmm, I think I need to make some now....

Do you always get fries, or just the sandwich? Or do you get the sandwich at all? I get the fries, but I never eat all of them. They get disgusting when they get cold.

Do you ever get the feeling you've done something before in a dream? All the time! Sometimes I wonder if I actually lived something, or just dreamed it.
