Chronologically Speaking...
I started reading the EU in the summer of 2005 after Revenge of the Sith was released in theaters. A Revenge of the Sith book of some sort was available for sale months beforehand, so I bought it and took it home. After removing the shrink-wrap, I discovered that I held the comic-book adaptation of the film, but waited until after the film's release to read it. I loved it so much that I delved into the world of Star Wars comics. One-year later, in June of 2006, I decided to start reading the novels in chronological order, and partway through decided to add everything else in the timeline to that as well. I will try to post my thoughts as I go along. Feel free to leave comments discussing my thoughts.

Mega findings at a local flea market. So I was at a local flea market earlier today, and at first found nothing of interest. Then I came across a vendor who sold me a copy of Star Wars Tales #17 for $5 ($1 less than it's original retail value), and right after that I found someone who

Jedi Twilight, Coruscant Nights I (Spoilers) I thoroughly enjoyed Mr. Reaves first offering of the Coruscant Nights Trilogy. It is by no means an epic tale in which the galaxy is at stake, but it has lots of action, and joins the ranks of Dark Times, Last of the Jedi, and

New Galactic Heroes! So I went into Walmart today and just like every time I do, I checked for new Galactic Heroes. The section hasn't been restocked for three months, and today it looked the same. When I got closer I discovered that they had only one each of the four

Bounty Hunter Miniatures I found a booster pack for another set of miniatures that I hadn't collected yet. I'm trying to find at least one booster of each set before I start picking up individuals online.

Tyrant's Test and The Black Fleet Crisis Trilogy (Spoilers) This was definately the quickest time I have made traversing through an entire trilogy of novels. There isn't really a whole lot for me to say about them because all of the loose ends were wrapped up so well.

Legacy of the Force booster contents... I've decided to start going on eBay, to one of the retailers that sells minis for $1 - $2 each, and just buying $15 worth of characters that I'll use, instead of buying a Booster and getting only one or two that I can use.

New Walmart Exclusive Comic Packs I picked up all three of the new Walmart Exclusive Comic Packs yesterday at one of my local stores. They are much better than the first three that Walmart put out:

More Miniatures: Alliance and Empire, Champions of the Force I picked up two more Booster packs today, mainly because my collection was heavily leaning toward the "Rebel" side. When I start playing other people I want to be able to have more than one good squad in case they want to use light-siders. Here's the

Shield of Lies; being the second part of "The Black Fleet Crisis Trilogy" At first I thought that the idea to split the second portion of the trilogy, Shield of Lies, into three separate parts to continue the first volume's intertwining story was a great idea. After finishing the third part containing Leia's political
