This guide was the first printed publication by IDG, the same company who's now in charge of the Official Star Wars Fan Club and its magazine, Star Wars Insider. The paper is high quality with glossy sheets.

In sum it's a small book (or an oversized magazine) with 95 pages covering different sections. First you get interviews with people involved in the making of the movie, such as George Lucas, producer Rick McCallum, and John Williams. Afterwards, you get small bios of main charactes along with a brief interview of the corresponding actor/actress.

The meaty section of the magazine is the story of the movie, told in extreme detail, this was my first spoiler a while ago. Includes excellent shots from the picture itself.

History

The guide also has a section with behind the scenes interesting articles. Finally, several articles about weapons, vehicles and planets appearing in Episode III, finally a brief outline of the whole saga and the entire credits from the movie.
