Hello there and welcome to Koruskant, my Star Wars blog.

First, an introduction. I'm Paul, also known as Kast_Morben here, and over at TFN's Jedi Council fora. I'm a Star Wars geek that loves all aspects of the saga. Films, TV, books, comics, games - You name it, if it's got Star Wars printed on it, I'm interested. I'm not really a collector, but I love searching through all, even the most obscure, EU material.

Unlike most I didn't grow up on the saga. I picked up on it when my dad got me the special edition trilogy on video one christmas (yep, I never saw Han shoot first!), and from then on, I was hooked. I've always thought that, "it doesn't matter if you're not there at the start, just as long as you're there at the end.", and I definitely will!

I can have a bit of an pbsessive personality, and it's this, and my background as a Classical Literature and Civilisation graduate, that has led me to search and research every aspect of Star Wars lore out there.

Shadows of the Empire was my first (and remains my favourite) piece of EU material, and from there I've tried to hoover up every bit possible.

I'm, also trying my hand at a little fan-fic. Although I have been trying for the last couple of years. At one stage I realised most of what I had written was rubbish, and scrapped it all. Following Revenge of the Sith, I'm energised about it again. I'm taking a more measured and planned approach this time, and I'll hope you'll follow my progess here.

As for the name Koruskant, that's a name from my fan-fic creation. Think of it as a space station that promises all the fun of Coruscant, but at half the price. A bit like this blog

So a bit of everything here. Fiction, ideas, thoughts and reviews. I hope you'll join me again.
