Why do all the good Star Wars games, have nothing to do with the movies? I mean KOTOR, Republic Commando and Battlefront to name a few. Look at some of the prequel games were a bit of a letdown, but hopefully The Force Unleashed will be just as good as the other good games. After all it's got the biggest budget of any of the Star Wars games. Seriously though there are some good RPGs which aren't Star Wars. (Oblivion anyone?)

But to explain the title. Kotor a good RPG. Battlefront a good shooter. Now who here hasnt shot a gungan on Battlefront 1 just to kill Jar Jar. I know it's not really Jar Jar but it's fun to think so.

Righty oh. Kotor(Knights of the Old Republic for you di'kuts who dont know what it stands for) is one of the best RPGs ever. The fact that you start off amnesic is good as it allows you to build your own ideas about the game. I like it because you find out about the planets 4000 years before ANH. Out of 10 I'd give it a 9. The only downside is the fact that the fighter battles are completely random. (This includes both games but I didnt do a bit about that because I'm lazy.

Next up Battlefront. Battlefront is a brilliant shooter online or just at home. In Battlefront 2 you have space battles and a brilliant story about the 501st. It's pretty good and I love it! 10/10

And finally Republic Commando. I love this game because it's all about clones and you get a real feel for the character's. I loved how the Geonosians splatter thier blood on the visor. And all the great weapons. Yet again I have to give a 10/10.
