Let's say that Jango survived long enough in the Arena at Geonosis when the Rebublic Gunships come down. Would the clones see him as an enemy target and open fire at him? An ARC trooper would probably not, since they were personally trained by Fett. Would a standard clone trooper be able to see him as a fatherly figure? I'm sure they would have definitely recognized him, even if he was in his armor. But even so, clones are clones. Tell them a Jedi is an enemy target and they'll still open fire.

Even better yet, would Jango Fett fire at his clones? I think he would have still shot at the Jedi, but if he had a shot on a clone would he take it? Remember that Boba is watching him, so perhaps that would affect his decision.
