What Have I Done?
Definitely a disturbance, but where? In the Force, or in the 'Verse?

I've been thinking about writing this for some time now, but was having a pickle of a time trying to figure out the best way to begin. Sadly, this introduction was all I could muster. :(

Anywho, a while back this blog was written regarding a supposed cameo of Vader in Attack Of The Clones. Naturally, it goes without saying that I posted a comment in said blog. In my usual crassness, I mentioned that I also noticed something quite out of the ordinary - the Firefly class starship Serenity - during the Anakin/Jawa scene, right above the Sandcrawler. Of course anyone who knows me knows this isn't true. That it meant to poke fun at the blog itself, never meant to be taking seriously. ]:)

Boy was I wrong.

A few days later, another member of Hyperspace (you know who you are ;)) suggested that I should visit the Firefly fans' site and poke around to see if I could find anything interesting. Well, being a Firefly fan, I was sold immediately, knowing there would be tons of interesting stuff.

Searching the threads in their Community, I read up on many a speculated thing, but there was one particular thread that truly interested me:

Possible Firefly Sighting in Attack of the Clones?

You read that right, folks. My little whole-arse remark made it to an entirely different galaxy, one that may not be so different than our very own future. I thought it was hilarious enough that I actually joined their ranks, thus fulfilling my destiny of becoming a true Browncoat. This meant a brand new world had opened up for me and my quest for non-stop fun and mischievousness. :D

First, I had to get down to business and post comments defending myself, I mean, I wasn't going to let these nerds...I mean people...beat me up. Seriously, who do they think they are? ;) Don't they know that I'm not so bad, once they get to know me....in an Agent Smith sort of way...curious, ain't it? I especially like the fact that a serious seed of doubt had been planted in their collective heads, confusing and frustrating them at the same time. I'd like to say that I sat back and envisioned them popping in the AOTC DVD watching intently and straining their eyes and seeing......nothing. :p Or rushing out to get a new copy because their younger brother poured mustard on their first copy...........but that would just be too creepy.

Alas, the fun was put down after the last comment outed me, and if I find him...gorram I'd like to open a can of Pax on his arse!

Anyway, that's my little stain in the underpants we call fandom.

If anyone gets sucked out through that rift in the space/time continuum, don't look at me :p
