The most famous and loved hunk-of-junk made a short appearance in Revenge of the Sith : it can be seen in the shot of the Senate dockings bays during the scene of Palpatine's returning to Coruscant after he was freed by Obi-Wan and Anakin.

It is not just an non-descript Corellian ship but the Falcon before coming into Carlissian or Solo's owernship.
