There are a handful of moments in Star Wars that blanket me in chills.

My top Ten would have to be:

1. The binary sunset scene from ANH.

2. The ceremony after the Battle of Yavin in ANH.

3. Anakin flying away from the exploding Droid Control Ship in TPM.

4. Lando's fiery escape from the second Death Star in ROTJ.

5. Luke calling to Leia from a weather vane under Cloud City and Leia's response in TESB.

6. Luke's quiet signals, preparations, and flip on the plank during the Jabba's Sail Barge scene in ROTJ.

7. Obi-Wan's sudden emotional burst towards a defeated Vader on Mustafar in ROTS.

8. Mace Windu's first appearance on Geonosis in AOTC.

9. The Padme's funeral/Leia on Alderaan/Luke on Tatooine scene from ROTS.

10. Double doors open to show a waiting Darth Maul in the Theed Hangar in TPM.

And of course the scene that doesn't need to be on the list and probably gives every fan chills, Order 66 in ROTS(especially Anakin igniting his lightsaber in front of the younglings).

These scenes are not in any specific order because I get a different level of chills at different times that I watch the scenes.
