You could say Star Wars and I have been on a bit of break these past few months. Haven't watched the films in ages, haven't listened to the scores. Haven't picked up new Lego sets.

I think we're all awaiting either the new movie, the new TV series, The Force Unleashed, etc... With hardly anything keeping us busy at the moment. Where a community oriented site such as SW.com could try and fill the void, I feel it hasn't really succeeded so far. I don't know what it is, but I'm sure it's not just me.

And that's not all, you could even say I have been cheating on Star Wars with Star Trek! Oh my, blasphemy, right?

I have a modest collection of DVDs, but until recently I never bought a season of a TV series, let alone an entire series. That has changed however, when I got season 1 of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine... My favorite trek show.

But rejoice, for I haven't turned completely. These past few weeks and days, I've slowly become interested in Star Wars again. How does she do it?!

I've listened to a score or two, I feel like watching the movies again soon, and I've even bought some new Lego sets! And just today, I picked up a couple more posters!

I may have said that I wasn't going to collect EU Lego sets, but I am weak and have bought two of them. Although admittedly, they are smaller hence cheaper. What with the oil price these days... Biggest soap bubble ever! Supply and demand don't even cover half of the price. Meanwhile, oil sheiks take on additional wives. ;-D We really have to find an alternative, if you ask me...
