A few Days ago when I was watching Attack of the Clones I suddenly noticed something. When Zam Wesell dies she is trying to say something I never knew what, although the Subtitles say:
"It was a Bounty Hunter called..........Wee shahnit ...sleemo".

But if you listen very carefully it almost sounds like she is saying: "It was a Bounty Hunter called.........With a Ship named Slave One".
I think she was trying to say: "it was a Bounty Hunter Called Jango Fett", But because she was hit by that saber dart we don't hear what she wanted to say. I know it could just be an alien Language and she could be saying something very different, but why did the Jedi not investigate this. It is very obvious that Zam was trying to betray her employer, why did they not try to translate whatever she said. If she did said what I think she said it could have lead the Jedi to Jango because a ship like the Slave One does not travel unseen(especially on Coruscant), there would have been records of it the ship somewhere on the Planet.

If the Jedi knew Jango was the bounty hunter they where looking for and that the dart he used came from Kamino and that Kamino had been erased from the archives, The Jedi would have sent more than just Obi-wan to investigate Kamino, there would have been more Jedi. They would have had a better chance at capturing Jango before he escaped. If Jango had been brought before Yoda and The Jedi Council he would have talked, and even if he didn't the Council would have been able to extract information from him. Willingly or unwillingly Jango would have betrayed some very powerful people, people that where trying to start a War.
The Jedi would have been prepared, they would have been able to end the Clone Wars before they had even begun. But this is all based on the assumption that Zam Wesell betrayed Jango Fett and that the Jedi where able to translate what she said.

The Jedi should have tried to translate what Zam said, but they didn't. perhaps it was the drink Obi-wan had in the club, perhaps they did not hear that she was trying to say something or maybe they thought it was not important, I do not know. But what I do know is that they should have dug deeper, they should have tried to translate it. It could have prevented a War, but we will never know what could have happened.
