The Sith cleverly clouded the Jedi's senses, but how did Sifo-Dyas die and who deleted Kamino from the Jedi Archives.(if Sifo's death is explained in the EU don't be to hard on me, I haven't read every thing, Yet)

The Jedi were unable to see the chain of events leading up to the Clone Wars. When Master Sifo-Dyas died, his death must have been unconnected to the Sith, or the Jedi were at least supposed to think and believe it wasn't.
If they suspected a Sith plot Then, everything would be different, they might have been able to stop the Clone Wars, and their own demise.

But what is even more disturbing is that A Jedi erased the files concerning Kamino from the Archives, or was someone else responsible for that. We know that Dooku contracted Jango Fett, we know that he ordered the clone army posing as Sifo-Dyas. Did he go to Coruscant to erase those files from the Jedi Archives, who else could have a motive to do it.
The firs obstacle for Dooku would be entering the Temple, as Yoda said in Episode II "Power full you have become, the dark side I sense in you". If Dooku had entered the jedi temple to erase the files he had to have done it before he turned to the Dark Side, or Yoda would have sensed his dark intentions. Before he turned to the Dark Side he had no motive to erase the files. How did they do it

I have another theory, Sidious/Palpatine had free access to the Jedi Temple in his position as Supreme Chancellor of The Galactic Republic. He could easily go in to see Yoda or another leading figure of the Jedi Order and make a discrete stop at the Archives to erase a few files. If he was able to hide his true nature from the Jedi, from Yoda in particular, he would also be able to hide his presence altogether when entering The Archives and erase al files concerning Kamino from them.
