What If Obi-Wan and Yoda where killed during Order 66, would the galaxy have been better off. I believe so. Now I know some off you don't want to hear this but I am going to say it any way.(I hate my self for what I am about to say)

If Yoda was killed on Kashyyyk , he and Sidious would not have wrecked half of the senate building during their dual, which really does not matter. So lets say Yoda survived.

But what does mater is this.
If Obi-Wan had been killed by that blast from the AT-TE, he would not have been able to tell Padmé about Anakin turning to the Dark Side. So Padmé would not have gone to Mustafar in order to ask Anakin if that was true. Obi-Wan would not have confronted Anakin. Anakin Would not be in the suit.
His lust for power would have made sure that he Killed the Emperor at the first chance he got. After this he would go talk to Padmé and tell her what happened, he would also tell her that they could now rule the galaxy in any way they wanted. Padmé would have gone along with it because she would know that Anakin's Love for her was so strong that he would do any ting she asked.
Anakin's love for Padmé and for the twins would have made him see what he had done, he would have turned back to the Light and he and Padmé would have restored democracy to the galaxy. The Jedi and The Sith would be no more, there would only be Yoda, Anakin and the Twins.
The Jedi Order would then start over under the leadership of Yoda and Anakin. Any Jedi who survived Order 66 would then return and help restore peace to the galaxy(If there where any at all)

The sith would have been destroyed, the prophecy would have been fulfilled, the Jedi would have survived and Democracy would have been restored, but it would al be at a very high price.
