Confessions of a Psychotic Jawa
I have been a fan since 1977 as many have been. I am still amazed as to how big Star Wars is though for me it has been a part of me since then and seems an everyday thing rather than some huge phenomenon.

My name is John.

The username Megatrends comes from the name of my radio show which airs heavy metal on an FM station here and is titled Megatrends in Brutality. The Neighborhood Psycho is my on air DJ name.

I would like to thank another DJ, our own beloved DJMaul here on the blogs for coming up with my blog title.

So that is that .... now when you see something that makes you say "What a piece of junk!" take a second look because you may actually have a fantastic bargain and a fun project to do on a cold winter's night.

Well thank you LUCASFILM! I am thrilled with their DVD releases and look forward to their next release whenever that may come for us. The recent release of the unaltered DVD set as bonus discs with the 2004 re-release in 2006 were wonderful.
Where did YOU first see STAR WARS?

This being the 30th anniversary of Star Wars made me do a lot of thinking about my childhood and when I first saw Star Wars. Where I lived, where I was and who I was.
