Okay I am a collector who hates to fly so I am not going to C4 as I ;ive in Maine. This saddens me but hey we all have a weakness and I am not getting into an aluminum tube with explosive fuel tanks stuck on the sides of it.

In any case with cool people like DJ Maul, Darth T-Bone, Hansgirl and the whole slew of other friends I have that are going they are willing to pick up these McQuarrie Exclusive figs for me there at the event.

The McQuarrie Concept figs are more difficult to find in stores as I have found out by only finding two McTroopers, one for Nobby who also frequents these blogs and one for me. They come as one per case and I fear Hasbro has pulled another Commander Cody fiasco in which it is more diofficult to find the most wanted figs and the pegs are jammed up with Artoos and Obi-wans .... again. Nothing against Artoo of course.

I wish Hasbro would just put out enough figs in cases that are wanted. You know THE wanted ones.

Anyway my friends have me covered at C4. They also covered me at the Comic Con 2006. Darth T-Bone (as in the car crash) and DJ Maul really came through with 501st Troopers and Gold Vader Titanium Vehicle stuff.

After all collecting is about this sort of thing. Friends who are also interested in this are special people and we help one another without the scalping or for the buck mentality.

The three of us, DJ Maul , Darth T-Bone and myself started a collector group to screw the scaplers. It is called GHG (Geeks helping Geeks). So far we have done so for the betterment of collecting. I strongly suggest people make their own collector groups to help each other out and beat the scalpers.

Oh yeah this was aout exclusive figs ... The Luke is a nice one and available at the Star wars shop "table" or whatever it is and the Artoo with Threepio figs are C4 exclusives from what I understand. i want both of them.
